    Ober Brothers was the 1897-1918 pre-prohibition brewery that was opened after prohibition as the Ebelhardt and Ober Brewing company, and which houses the Penn microbrewery today.   They were part of the Pittsburgh Brewing merger of 1899, so this is 1899-1918 vintage... Probably right about 1908-1911
    IF you notice, Pittsburgh Brewing company is spelled without the trailing "H"... this was in use prior to 1911....Hence my dating guess.
    Many of these mugs are seen labeled as Pittsburgh Brewing Swanky in a very similar style.  The Ober Bros version is MUCH rarer.
