Antique Pre / Post Prohibition Era Hidden Liquor Dispenser in Doll RARE
This auction is for the Doll only the chair was easier to display the doll & was how the doll was found.  it will be available in another auction
Doll is dressed like a schoolchild & a hand made outfit to fit over the doll was created.  The body was retro fitted to add an ahcohol dispenser & hide it under the dolls body.
the doll head appears from the 1940s-50s  but the arms are earlier.  Guessing possibly this was a pre prohibition porcelain & later a new head was added.  & someone was hiding alcohol from someone else.
The dolls entire body is retrofitted in an amazing way to add the dispenser.  The dispenser pours when you lift the dolls leg which twists the spout.
the doll as it is measures 26" tall x 11" wide.  In order to ship as cheaply as possibly doll will come alone without the chair.
IF you would like the chair as doll was found I will be adding it later to another auction.

the doll was purchased in the 1980s at a very very old antique store that was only open once in a blue moon - store was owned by a very old man & the store was in Bisbee Arizona & is long long ago closed.
This is the most unique & interesting doll or liquor dispensing item I have ever seen.
