the time the vehicle is paid off. Usually we have all titles in our
possession at the time of sale.
If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks, we will hold all
titles until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
All
shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help with shipping
arrangements, but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from
shipping damage!

for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping

amount of time it takes for delivery isdependent on the carrier, but is
generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility
until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an
Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
We
will contact the successful highest bidder by e-mail after the auction
closes.
Winning

within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their
transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy, or the sale is not
completed within 24 hours, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell

In
order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must, within 24 hours
of auction closing send to Seller a non refundable deposit in the amount of 0.00

Within 7
days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer,

shipment or pick up, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be

Storage Fees:
All
vehicles must be paid for in full within 7(seven) days from the end of the
auction or they will be moved to a storage lot due to lack of space at our
facility. A storage fee of .00 per day will be assessed to buyer's account
unless other arrangements are made. If you are working with a shipping company,
please contact us to make such arrangements to avoid storage fees.

Out of state sales are not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and

with registration and title fees. All tag agency fees apply. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be registered.
