Wendy Gell briefly designed pieces for Disney. Since this was at the time Who Framed Roger Rabbit was done, she did a number of pieces featuring the characters from the film. This is a cuff bracelet sculpted, cast, molded in gold-tone metal, painted, and finished with Swarovski Crystals. The sparkle is amazing.

It did have a hallmark but fell on in the years I’ve had it.
Missing a stone on the ear.
