Very nice condition, it does have some toning around edges(like you would expect a paper piece over 120 years old to have) and a lower right corner crease.
Dimensions:  16 5/8" by 9" overall with the ledger page, actual certificate is 12" by 9".
Hamms only had one issuance of stock during the companies' existence.
I acquired 100% of the issuance, both issued and unissued shares of both the common and Preffered stock.
The ledger part has the year 189_.
Most of Hamms stock throughout the company's' history was owned by family, brew masters and other St. Paul  liquor families.
This is a great piece of Hamms brewing history.
